Emmanuel H.SS.Kothanalloor had its
seminal form in the Mudappa vernacular school that was started
in 1919.It was the outpouring of a deep vision in the minds of
certain people who believed firmly in the old saying"
Education is the most important of all wealth". Emmanuel's has
since been progressing through the trail blazed initially and
is now a prominent center of learning attracting students from
far and wide. It hosts well over 2500 students and employs
more than 80 staff. Since the time Rev.Fr. Jose
Vallompurayidam has taken over as manager, the school has made
quantum leap in the direction of new technologies and state of
the art infrastructure facilities and raising the school in
the process to one of the most prominent schools in the entire
diocese of palai both in the academic level and extra
curricular activities. A new Audio Visual Hall is also
presently under construction and is expected to function
shortly. |
